Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to do so or any no-shows will result in you being charged 30% of the service fee and if you were asked to pay a deposit, that will no longer go towards the total cost. If you are 15 minutes late to the appointment you will be considered a no show. Please respect this business and other clients by being prompt and giving reasonable notice. Thank you.
